M&A and Integration Technical Coordinator
Job Purpose
team.blue has an ambitious roadmap of acquisitions in the upcoming years and will aim at properly integrating these acquisitions into the team.blue organisation and technical architectures. For this reason, team.blue is hiring a M&A & Integration Technical Coordinator.
Reporting into the deputy group CTO the M&A Technical Coordinator is tasked with ensuring that M&A and Post Merger integration (PMI) efforts proceed as planned and in accordance with best practices, ultimately creating the expected value from acquired companies.
That includes ensuring coaching and supporting the Tech function with tooling, integration blueprint development, hosting functional meetings, coordinating cross functional initiatives and supporting synergy realization.
All above while ensuring high quality and documentation in the project execution phase.
Responsibilities
- Act as a focal point of contact within the Tech organisation for all pre-acquisition activities ensuring work is defined, allocated, planned and executed by all Tech contributors according to agreed deadlines
- Manage communications within Tech and other workstreams involved in pre-acquisition work, including deadline and timely relevant information
- Support the Technology function Subject Matter Experts on cascading decisions, reporting and cover where necessary
- Coach and manage participants from Technology in integration planning, execution phase and handover
- Establish and maintain effective information, communication and structure through file/collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, e-mails, zoom)
- Collaborate closely with central PMI team in monitoring and reporting post-acquisition activities on Tech work streams, as a team member or single lead on Tech-heavy projects; and on general end-to-end process performance evaluation and improvement recommendations
- Support the definition and continuous improvement of the acquisition integration blueprint by working closely with the deputy group CTO and other corporate functions (i.e., Finance, HR, Operations & Product, PMI)
- Identify, document and promote lessons learned and best practices ; facilitate post-mortem analysis meetings
- Ensure the M&A Technology budget for third party support is monitored and under control
- Develop a process to measure Tech overall (internal & third parties) contribution to M&A – time & quality - and monitor the same

Ø Understanding of the M&A process (e.g., key activities during due diligence, integration planning, execution phase and handover phase)
Ø Exceptional coordination and hands- on planning skills and a detail oriented approach(project management experience and/or certification is a plus).
