Human Resources at team.blue is going through an exciting transformation. In the area of Talent, Rewards, HR Excellence, HR Systems & Analytics, we are working on global projects to deliver on our strategic commitment “Happy and Proud employees”.

Projects like:

• Implementation of our new HRIS; to have one central place for engaging with our people and managing all employee data and HR ways of working.
• Building the team.blue learning academy; creating a learning and development curriculum based on our key strategic commitments will allow our people to develop and grow.
• Designing the rewards strategy; implementing one job evaluation methodology, performing benchmark analysis, and create a connective reward structure.
• Developing an internal communications approach; driving people engagement and commitment.
• Improving our employer branding; defining and implementing our social media strategy.

Given the impact and magnitude of our projects, our internship periods cover at least 5 months, flexible to start at any time. We offer a hybrid working set-up from any of our locations in our 16 countries.
