Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Vice President of Sales to create, structure and lead our passionate sales team and drive our strategic initiatives across US and Europe. We currently do inbound sales but are excited to create an outbound strategy coupled with Partnership collaborations to grow the company further.
As the Vice President of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our inbound and outbound sales operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll inspire, guide and motivate and guide our 8-person sales team, including country sales managers, account managers, and a partnership manager that will be hired by new VP of sales.
We need someone who's not just passionate about SaaS but can also craft and execute powerful sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, aligning sales goals with overall company objectives.
- Explore new go-to-market strategies and partnerships to successfully enter new markets.
- Build, mentor, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Provide accurate sales reporting and analysis for senior management, monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven track record of leading sales teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training sales teams
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Willing to explore new ways of working.
- Bachelor's/MBA degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Working Hours:
Normal working days would be Monday to Friday, with start between 8 am to 10 am.
You will be expected to work 8 hours a day with some flexibility, after discussions with your line manager.
This can be a complete remote role or can be hybrid if the candidate is in Limassol, Cyprus.
