Product Owner - Business Systems

As a Product Owner, you’ll work at the heart of a software development team focused
on delivering value to customers. You’ll define and prioritise the product backlog,
collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and help guide the team through
product development cycles. You’ll be an advocate and a sparring partner for both tech
developers and business developers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the team’s roadmap and product backlog, ensuring they are prioritized, estimated, and ready for delivery
• Break down product requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and scope
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to align on implementation details and trade-offs
• Provide product context and decision-making support in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Proactively support program managers in managing dependencies and blockers to ensure timely delivery
• Align with stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates and ensure business value is understood
• Communicate roadmap, progress and decisions clearly and regularly to stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a product ownership or product management role
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience working closely with development teams and translating business
needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An analytical mindset and a customer-centric approach
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
