Position
As an HR Data and Integrations Analyst at team.blue, you will be the primary owner of the HR systems integration landscape. You will be part of our HR Systems and Analytics team, where you will play a key role in optimizing our HR technology ecosystem and automating our system usage by ensuring our systems are integrated in the best way possible. You will also manage and continuously review our permissions setup in our different systems, ensuring adequate access for our key stakeholders. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about HR data, integrations, and analytics, and who thrives in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.
This role offers flexibility to work from one of our offices, remotely, or a combination of both.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage data integrations that streamline HR data flow across our core platforms, including HiBob (HRIS), JIRA, Confluence, and many other tools.
- Analyze and map HR data sources in HiBob, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all integrations and reporting processes.
- Be part of the team.blue HRIS team, where you will be a module owner and manage incoming tickets in our HR support center.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and join our efforts in ensuring a high level of employee data quality.
- Manage our permission groups, ensuring that our system permissions match the operational access that our stakeholders need.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports for the HR leadership team.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and workflows between systems, resolving issues to maintain reliable data exchange and reporting.
- Document integration processes and HR data flows in Confluence, ensuring clear and accessible records for HR teams.
- Continuously improve our HR data integration setup to meet evolving organizational needs, leveraging the latest features and APIs from HiBob and related platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in HR data management, integration, and analytics.
Profile:
- Experience in data analysis, integration, or analytics within HR or related functions.
- Knowledge of HR data integration tools and platforms, particularly cloud-based HRIS systems like HiBob or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both HR and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and potentially Power BI for analytics and dashboard creation.
- Basic Experience with API integrations; any coding knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a natural interest in data topics and strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Affinity to take ownership of tasks and a high sense of responsibility to deliver great results and thoroughly complete tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
