Security Manager Payments

About the job
You will be joining the payment solution OnPay as part of a newly formed initiative dedicated to growing our presence across Europe. Online payments are becoming more prevalent every day, and our mission is to support our growing merchants by remaining at the forefront of product offerings and reliability. This is where you come in.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will be interacting with programmers, operations engineers as well as legal and product to ensure that OnPay remains secure and compliant.
Your profile
We are looking for someone that is skilled in both security governance and technical security requirements as you will be hands on with the rest of the OnPay team to build and maintain PCI DSS compliance.
- Good at planning their time
- Implement PCI DSS requirements, will write policies, procedures, manage audits
- Will be translator between security requirements and practical implementations, in close collaboration with operations teams and developers
- Will be working with highly skilled colleagues
- You will reference the Payments Director with a dotted line to our CISO who will support you
There are several paths that could make you a great fit for this role. You might have experience in a similar position within a SaaS or fintech company. You could also come from a development or operations background and have since moved into security, or perhaps from an auditor role where you also have built up technical skills.
Requirements:
- We expect you to have 5+ years of experience within information security – some of that experience can come from other tech functions.
- Highly knowledgeable in a technical security standards – ideally the PCI DSS
- Good English skills both verbal and written
- Good collaboration skills as you will be working with many different stakeholders
- Good at communicating security and risk to both technical teams and senior stakeholders
It is a plus if you
- Have experience from the payment industry, fintech or e-commerce
- Have the PCI DSS ISA certification or willing to obtain it
