The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Transformation Officer (Maternity Cover) to join our Org Design team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving organisational change, overseeing key transformation programs, and ensuring smooth alignment to our current and future operating model. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will combine project management expertise, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a people-first approach to deliver impact across programs, governance, and change management.
Key Responsabilities:
Program & Project Management
- Oversight of the platform consolidation program (program tracking and liaising with functional partners)
- Oversight of all alignments to a functional organization across the team.blue; track progress, support senior stakeholders in the transition and problem solve to overcome any barriers; execute against playbooks
- Support and track ad-hoc organisational changes in collaboration with leaders across team.blue
- Project manage future org changes in line with long-term vision
Data Analytics, Governance and Oversight
- Contribute to Board reports and SLT updates by providing analysis on progress of consolidation projects and functional alignments
- Play a key role in the data analysis to support the detailed design choices of the future organisation project
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic/structural projects
- Track KPIs to measure performance of projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and optimization across the project delivery lifecycle.
- Responsible for regular maintenance of People (HiBob) data for reporting purposes
- Contribute to periodic refresh of organizational diagnostic data
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of org change initiatives across the organization.
- Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and HR to support them with implementing changes
- Own regular engagements with senior ninja community and HR community of HRBPs
- Coach others on existing change playbooks and communication plans to drive adoption of changes and ensure smooth implementation
- Design and implement new playbooks and comms plans on an ad-hoc basis
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting approaches as needed to maximize adoption.
- Own and actively maintain internal organizational charts and change playbooks
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly organised
- Proven project management background
- Comfortable working with complex data; proficient in Excel
- Strong people skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
- Positive, customer-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Desirable: Experience in change management or working on large-scale transformations
