This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
Position
As a Linux DevOps engineer, you will work in a global and cross-functional environment. Within team.blue, we use BlueStack (an oVirt fork) as a flagship virtualization platform. This platform is completely based on open-source technology. We will build an AI platform based on BlueStack, which will become the foundation for the team.blue AI Stack. Therefore we are looking for someone to set up and maintain this environment together with the existing BlueStack team.
You will be at the base of scaling, improving and optimizing this platform so that the complete AI platform from team.blue can run on these servers in the near future, in various European countries and data centers. There is a lot of challenging work ahead.

- Next to that you will keep existing and new environments up-to-date and troubleshoot issues with them and collaborate with the developers to resolve the issues
- You will investigate the best setup for AI workloads: How do we virtualize GPU’s, what setup gives the best performance, which changes are required to the software stack, ...
- You will be part of a small team of developers that currently maintain and improve BlueStack within team.blue
- The focus is on the operational level, but you will also have the opportunity to make code improvements (Java & Python), test changes, create (feature) suggestions, etc.
- Take ownership and be the contact person for BlueStack for our internal customers (which are other teams or brands using the BlueStack platform)
- You are the active BlueStack expert in the group and learn all the ins and outs of this platform
- Ensure that BlueStack continues to work with the constantly changing technologies and software stack. You will brainstorm with the developers on how to implement a feature or improve the working of the product
- You will also improve automation to deploy new environments internally, so we can deploy quickly and easily.
