Position Overview:
The Project Manager – ERP Rollouts (Finance Solutions) will lead end-to-end delivery of Finance System rollouts across multiple entities, ensuring successful deployment, stabilization, and adoption of the ERP solution. The role involves close collaboration with Core Finance, IT, and local business teams to drive standardization, data accuracy, and process alignment across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Lead ERP rollout projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support (hypercare), ensuring alignment with Finance Transformation goals.
Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage dependencies and resources across global and local teams.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between Core Finance, country finance teams, technical streams (Data, Integration, SysAdmin), and external partners.
Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate data migration activities, templates, and validation cycles in collaboration with the Data Engineering and Finance teams.
Testing & Readiness: Oversee UAT planning and execution, business sign-off, and cutover readiness.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
Reporting & Governance: Maintain project dashboards, RAID logs, and provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process harmonization, ERP template enhancements, and lessons-learned cycles for future rollouts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or IT.
- Proven experience managing ERP/Finance system implementation or rollout projects (NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (PTP, OTC, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, etc.).
- Familiarity with project governance, PMO practices, and data migration frameworks.
- Proficiency with project and reporting tools (Jira, MS Project, Excel, Power BI).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record delivering ERP
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-country teams in complex environments.
