Position
As Group Internal Communication Specialist, you will act as a business partner to group functions, helping them communicate clearly and effectively across team.blue. Your goal is to keep employees informed, aligned, and connected to key projects and priorities.
You will also drive the structured cascade of information across the group, bringing team.blue’s vision and strategy to life through regular touchpoints. This includes supporting communication on new technologies and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring employees understand their opportunities and applications.
You will be part of the Group Communications team, reporting to the Group Lead Communications, and work closely with function leads and the wider communications network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Functional Communication
- Help functions share updates and milestones in a timely, engaging way.
 - Translate strategies and project updates into accessible messages for diverse audiences.
 - Align functional communications with the group narrative and support use of AI tools to enhance workflows and engagement.
 
2. Drive Strategic Information Cascade
- Ensure a consistent group-wide flow of information that builds alignment with team.blue’s vision and goals.
 - Plan and deliver internal campaigns, updates, and announcements across key communication moments.
 - Guide leaders and peers on communication best practices and effective use of tools, including AI.
 - Collaborate with the communications network across brands to align messaging and share know-how and tips and tricks for improvements.
 - Coordinate campaigns on cross-functional topics (e.g. ESG, engagement, wellbeing, AI adoption).
 
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications (international or multi-country experience is a plus).
 - Proven ability to design and deliver communication plans, campaigns, and events.
 - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
 - Experience in change communication and organisational transformation.
 - Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., intranets, SharePoint, newsletters, analytics dashboards).
 - Awareness of, or hands-on experience with, AI tools to improve communication (content and form).
 - Background in SaaS or digital industries is a strong plus.
 - Skilled at stakeholder management across all levels, including senior leadership.
 - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
