Total Rewards Consultant
Shape reward strategy across 22 countries. Join team.blue as a Total Rewards Consultant, driving fair, competitive, and data‑driven compensation decisions across Europe.
Company
team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful PaaS and SaaS brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.5 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services.
Our brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products. This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
We’re growing fast, and we want our Total Rewards function to grow with us – not just support the business, but help shape its future.
Position
This is not a role about maintaining spreadsheets and processing salary letters. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how team.blue attracts, retains, and rewards the people who build Europe’s leading digital platform.
As a Total Rewards Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to the business, designing reward programs that reflect our values, drive performance, and position team.blue as an employer of choice across Europe. You will work directly with the HR Lead Rewards, and have real visibility at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Total Rewards Strategy: Co-design and evolve our compensation and benefits philosophy, building salary structures and incentive frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and transparent across 22 countries.
Market Intelligence: Lead benchmarking exercises and translate market data into reward recommendations that drive business decisions.
Analytics & Insight: Use pay trend data, gender pay analysis, and benefits ROI to tell compelling reward stories and support compensation forecasting with Finance.
Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, business leaders, and Finance, influencing reward decisions and managing M&A integrations across a complex multi-brand, multi-country organisation.
Reward Cycles: Own end-to-end delivery of the annual salary review and bonus rounds, from funding modelling and design through to manager guidance, system execution, and post-cycle analysis.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure pay equity, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all 22 markets, turning legal requirements into a trust-building narrative for employees and candidates.
Profile
Solid experience in compensation and benefits, ideally with exposure to a multi-country or consulting environment.
A strategic mindset – you think about the “why” behind reward decisions, not just the “how”.
Strong analytical capability – comfortable with HRIS platforms, Excel modelling, and ideally experience with job evaluation methodologies (Hay preferred).
Excellent communication skills – able to distil complex reward data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
Curious and comfortable with AI tools – you see technology as an enabler, not a threat.
A degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why team.blue?
Real impact: You’ll shape reward practices across 60+ brands and 22 countries – this isn’t a support role, it’s a builder role.
Scale and variety: Our complexity is your canvas – from broad-based comp design to executive reward, benefits harmonization, and pay transparency strategy.
Entrepreneurial culture: We move fast, think big, and value people who take initiative.
A team that invests in you: You’ll have a direct line to the HR Lead Rewards, and the opportunity to grow your career alongside the business.
