Position
We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to drive our AI-focused learning and development initiatives across team.blue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development with proven success in AI-related projects, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs at scale.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Talent, the Talent Business Partner will build organisational capability as we navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape, translating AI trends into practical learning solutions that accelerate our business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- AI Learning Strategy & Implementation: Co-develop and execute learning strategies that prepare our workforce for AI integration across different functions, identifying skill gaps and building learning pathways that enable employees to work effectively with AI tools and systems.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders across countries and business units to understand their AI ambitions and translate these into concrete learning requirements, acting as a trusted advisor on capability development.
- Program Design & Delivery: Own the end-to-end design and delivery of AI learning programs, selecting appropriate methodologies, partnering with internal and external experts, and ensuring programs deliver measurable impact.
- Change & Adoption: Drive change management activities that support AI adoption through communication strategies, developing internal champions, and addressing resistance through targeted interventions.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external learning providers, technology platforms, and subject matter experts, negotiating contracts and maximising value from partnerships.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics that demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes, tracking participation, assessing capability development, and using data to refine programmes.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development roles.
- Relevant experience and track record in designing and delivering learning programs at scale, preferably in technology or digital transformation contexts.
- Demonstrated success with AI-related initiatives, whether implementing AI learning programs, leading AI adoption projects, or successfully integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly and present to senior leadership.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities and project management skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to connect learning initiatives to commercial outcomes and demonstrate return on investment.
- Digital fluency and comfort with learning technologies and AI applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences and cultural contexts.
- English fluency required; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe for stakeholder meetings, program delivery, and/or team collaboration.
