brands in 22 European countries. As a Campaign Specialist – Creative & Messaging, you will
play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful creative assets and content supporting
integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
This role blends creativity, strong brand stewardship, and cross-functional execution to drive
measurable results for our Nordics and CEE markets. Working at the intersection of brand,
performance marketing, and content management, you’ll ensure every campaign is distinctly on-
brand, insight-led, and optimized for acquisition, engagement, and long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
Creative Campaign Development
Translate campaign objectives into compelling content and creatives
Work with brand, regional, and Group teams to plan and coordinate campaign execution across paid social, email, content platforms, and partner activations
Develop copy-driven campaign variations and support testing and optimisation in collaboration with Paid Media, SEO/GEO, and CRO teams
Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand strategy, audience insights, and channel best practices
Brand & Content Excellence
Ensure consistent brand usage across channels and customer touchpoints
Support brand renewal initiatives by coordinating the implementation of updated assets into priority materials
Review, refine, and align content and creative outputs produced internally or by external partners
Ensure creative quality meets CoE standards while respecting local market nuance
Cross-Team & Partner Collaboration
Work closely with brand teams and CoE colleagues to align creative and campaign outcomes with business goals
Provide clear creative briefings, messaging direction, and constructiveProvide clear creative briefings, messaging direction, and constructive feedback to peers, external agencies and production partners
Coordinate creative delivery for partner-led and group-level initiatives, ensuring timelines, consistency, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with Enablement and Operations teams to build scalable creative processes and playbooks
Insight-Driven Improvment
Apply performance data and qualitative insights to continuously improve campaign messaging, content effectiveness, and creative planning
Share learnings, best practices, and recommendations that support scalable creative processes across the CoE
Contribute to the development of creative standards, templates, and frameworks that accelerate delivery without compromising quality
What We're Looking For
Experience
3+ years in B2B or D2C marketing or creative production
Proven ability to develop customer-centric messaging, creatives, and campaign narratives
Experience coordinating creative delivery across multiple channels
Experience with HubSpot/marketing automation, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma required; familiarity with DAMs valued
Experience in marketing to SMB highly valued
Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-market environments is a strong advantage
Languages
Native level Swedish and fluent English (written and spoken) are essential
Additional Northern, Central or Eastern European languages are a strong advantage
