Role Overview
team.blue is looking for a Creative Intern to join our Group Marketing Centre of Excellence. This role is based in Barcelona.
You will work directly within the Creative team, supporting multi-brand campaign production across a portfolio of European brands. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real creative briefs, live campaign production, and cross-market content delivery — working alongside experienced marketeers in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Support the production and adaptation of creative assets across digital channels including social media, display, email, and landing pages
Contribute to the ideation and visual development of campaign concepts, from brief through to delivery
Create and iterate on design assets using Figma, Canva, and AI-assisted creative tools
Assist with video and motion content production for social and campaign use
Localise and adapt content for multiple brands and markets, maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate with Campaign, Content, and Activation teams on live projects
Support asset organisation, versioning, and handover across brands
Contribute to the Creative team's ways of working and share learnings from new tools and approaches
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's programme, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Figma and Canva; familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)
A portfolio or examples of work across digital formats — social, display, video, or email
Eye for detail, brand consistency, and visual quality
Comfortable managing multiple briefs in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Strong communicator able to collaborate with diverse teams across Europe
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages a plus
