Partnerships & Affiliates Specialist
Own the affiliate programme at team.blue: partners, commissions, attribution. Join a CoE of Paid, SEO, and CRO experts and help scale what works across 60+ brands!
Company
team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.3 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services.
team.blue's brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products. This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
Position
As part of the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE), the Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist sits at the intersection of local brand (Webnode) ownership and central marketing expertise. You'll own Webnode's partner ecosystem as a distinct acquisition and revenue channel while collaborating closely with specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO, and Analytics.
Beyond supporting Webnode's growth, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to affiliate and partnership best practices across team.blue, sharing learnings, collaborating with other brands, and helping scale successful partnership initiatives across the wider group.
The core of the role is hands-on management of the affiliate programme: partner recruitment, activation, performance optimisation, and attribution quality. Around that core, you'll build and grow a broader partnership ecosystem spanning agencies, resellers, strategic and co-marketing partners, and technology integrations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the details, running campaigns, structuring commission models, spotting fraud patterns, and analysing attribution data, while also bringing the commercial mindset to identify, develop, and scale new partnership opportunities that drive incremental growth.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Programme Management
Manage the affiliate programme end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance optimisation.
Maintain a tiering approach across high-value strategic, growth, and long-tail partners.
Build hybrid commercial models combining CPA structures with fixed-fee visibility arrangements for premium partners.
Own payment processing and partner ticket requests, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
Fraud Prevention & Attribution Quality
Maintain fraud detection controls, including incrementality analysis and partner quality monitoring.
Audit partner-reported conversions against organic baselines to catch over-attribution from coupon and cashback sources.
Flag problematic partners and fraud patterns promptly and apply learnings across the channel.
Support the strategic migration of the affiliate programme into a new platform, managing partner communication and ensuring continuity in acquisition during the transition.
Partnerships & Business Development
Recruit and manage agencies, freelancers, and resellers who build client sites on Webnode.
Source, structure, and negotiate strategic, co-marketing, and distribution partnerships to align with business goals.
Manage technology and integration partners across domains, payments, and e-commerce.
Identify, pitch, and close new channel opportunities, and stand them up operationally.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
Plan and activate campaigns around seasonal moments, product launches, and brand priorities.
Test and iterate on commission structures, creative, and activation approaches, documenting what works.
Develop scalable processes and playbooks that can be replicated across other group brands to improve overall affiliate performance.
Work with Paid Media and SEO to make sure partner activity drives incremental acquisition, not cannibalisation.
Performance Reporting
Track incremental cost of acquisition, partner quality, campaign results, and partner-sourced revenue.
Translate attribution data into clear reporting for the CoE and relevant teams.
Support budget decisions with performance evidence and own a partner-sourced revenue target.
Profile
Proven, hands-on experience running an affiliate programme, including tiering, commission structuring, and attribution quality. This is an essential, non-negotiable skill set.
Proven experience working with professional affiliate platforms, with deep familiarity with at least one of the major networks (i.e., Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, TradeDoubler).
Fluent in English (mandatory). Other EU languages are a plus.
Analytical mindset. You can own a number, model partner economics, run incrementality analysis, and report cleanly.
A self-starter who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting a playbook.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus.
Right to Work
At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for. Unfortunately, we can't support relocation packages or visa sponsorship.
